UX Case
🎯 Challenge
Create and present a website prototype within strict time constraints, showcasing features, products, and functionality, without existing branding guidelines or prior versions. Urgency was essential as the goal was to attract investors for building the final product.
💡 Solution
To address the challenge I decided to follow a pragmatic approach:
1. Temporary Branding
Created basic brand identity without formal methodology for prototype.
2. Agile Methodologies
We aligned essential features with product goals through agile collaboration.
3. Parallel Prototype Development
Showcasing product value to investors while creating the definitive brand and MVP app.
4. Effective Communication
Continuous communication and feedback ensured alignment and quick adjustments.
After securing investment, we partnered with a branding agency for our brand identity and evolved our prototype into an MVP, aligning with our original vision. This ensured a seamless development to a market-ready product, satisfying stakeholder expectations.
🔍 Research
I conducted comprehensive research to uncover solutions for bankers, exploring both established software and emerging tools. Despite the absence of a dedicated solution, I engaged in discussions with bankers to discern their specific needs.

User-centric design
In summary, this research underscored the need for an innovative, user-centric solution to empower independent bankers and improve their efficiency and success in the industry.
✏️ Prototype process
With my research results, I could then formulate the main questions that the future app will answer and start the design process.
How can we design a user-friendly platform for independent
bankers, enabling seamless access to banking products, providing
real-time guidance, and enhancing customer service efficiency?
